Hi, I’m Jean, a licensed, full-time professional realtor since 2000 and a practicing real estate and estate planning attorney with a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
I take great pride in my client relationships, as they are the foundation of my business and the backbone of my reputation. Unwavering client advocacy is always my top priority and has earned me a wealth of ardent referrals from hundreds of satisfied clients.
I’ve always viewed my job as an educational opportunity, both for clients and me. Throughout our relationship, I strive to empower you with knowledge; the more you know, the better you’ll feel about your transaction. Meanwhile I continue my own education to consistently improve my craft and offer you the finest representation possible.
Outside of work, I voluntarily serve on the boards of various organizations. I am also a proud mother with an avid interest in real estate investing and home remodeling.
I’m pleased you’re interested in working with us and I hope to get to know more about you soon. Give us a call and let me start working for you!
Hi there, I’m Michelle. As a licensed, full-time realtor since 2017, I am delighted to have found Mode Realty Network at the start of my career as an agent. When I first sat down to talk with Jean, I could see our values very much aligned. It’s worth noting that a dear friend said, “I know you, here’s who you want to work with,” and gave me Jean’s number. The training, mentorship and supervision provided by Jean and Matt continues to be invaluable.
Mode’s nurturing, client-centered approach immediately felt fluid and familiar to me. With a dedicated background in adult education and counseling, I understand the importance of listening to people. I truly enjoy helping clients follow their insights and instincts and ask themselves the right questions, while guiding them through big decisions and transitions…like buying or selling a home.
Originally from Long Beach, CA, I moved to Madison in 2005 with my husband (a Madison native) and found a classic 1920s home in the Greenbush neighborhood where we’ve lived ever since. I am so grateful for my home and neighbors. It is very satisfying to help others find their “just right” place.
Outside of work, I’m on the “learn as you go” gardening plan, with a special interest in medicinal flowers and herbs. I love road trips, dancing, and exploring this gorgeous state, as well as supporting our community through volunteer work.
Whatever your next step is, I’d like to hear more about it. Call, text, or email anytime!
Hi! I’m Stacy and I’m excited to help you fulfill your real estate dreams.
Following in my mother’s impressive footsteps, I decided to model my career in real estate out of a passion for listening to people and being a resource as they work toward their next goal. When I talked with Jean and Matt, felt their energy, and saw they shared the same passion, I knew I wanted to be part of Mode RN’s supportive, educational approach to real estate.
I love living in Madison and make the most of all it has to offer. In addition to socializing in the incredible food scene (I’m a true foodie!), I enjoy theatre, music, opera, kayaking, camping, and making day trips to experience Madison’s fantastic outlying communities.
My long background in residential property management, paired with a formal education in psychology, inspired me to merge those experiences and become a real estate agent. Now I put those skills to work for you, fulfilling my inherent desire to help people, earn their trust, and advocate for their best interests.
It all starts with the opportunity to hear about your dreams, concerns, and what’s important to you. So, let’s talk about your real estate goals. I look forward to listening to you.
Dependability and personal communication are how I build strong client relationships.
My past experiences with real estate are what inspired me to become a realtor. I love researching options and being a guide and advisor for my clients when problems arise. And it’s so empowering to know Mode RN’s client philosophy is backing me all the way.
I’m a BIG believer in meeting face-to-face, and prefer to talk rather than text. I’ve got a helpful heart, a mind for numbers, and a knack for creative problem-solving. Being educated in urban forestry, my knowledge of trees, flowers, and landscaping is often helpful. I’m a tireless researcher and I love uncovering details about properties that interest you.
Outside of Mode, I enjoy gardening and being in nature. I hike, golf (clubs and discs), paint, write poetry, and with three dogs and a cat to care for, I’m happy at home with them.
I’d be honored to be your agent and provide you with the dedication you deserve. Call me and we’ll meet in person; it’s the best way to start things off.
The best part about being a real estate agent is that I get to help people.
All my acquired knowledge and experience are meant to help you, whether you’re buying, selling, or building a new home. Through honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service, I am a devoted client advocate, always focusing on your goals and placing your interests above all others.
It’s also important to help by taking an active role in our personal and professional circles. Since 1996, I’ve been deeply involved in Dane County’s real estate and business communities, serving in key roles and receiving numerous awards, such as:
- 2018 president of the Women’s Council of Realtors and past president of the McFarland Chamber of Commerce
- Women’s Council of Realtors’ 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year and McFarland Thistle’s 2015 Realtor of the Year
- 2006 president of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin
- Top Sales Professional as named by a notable builder in Dane County
To balance my life, I also make time for skiing, reading, hockey, paddle boarding, exploring my creativity, and immersing myself in the joys of my fantastic family.
When you’re ready to pursue your next real estate goal, call me and I’ll be there advocating for your interests…always.
I firmly believe your relationship with your real estate agent must be based on trust.
I’m so deeply humbled by the trust my clients place in me and I work diligently to ensure I’ve done my best to sustain it. That’s why referrals and repeat clients are so rewarding and make up the core of my business.
Knowing that real estate is usually the biggest financial transaction you will make in your life, I’m honored to patiently educate, guide, and support you through the process. I strive to make every client feel comfortable, empowered, and uninhibited from asking questions or expressing opinions. When they do, I know I’ve done my job well.
As a resident of Green County, I understand rural values as well as real estate. I am an active member in my hometown community, serving as a Director of the Green County Beef Producers and Monroe Booster Club. I’m also a 4H Beef & Swine leader. I know the value of a smile and a handshake, and that a little helpfulness goes a long way.
Let’s meet and talk about what’s important for your real estate needs. I want to make you my next lifelong client.
I’m Mari, and I’m really looking forward to meeting you and being your ally, advocate, and advisor throughout your next real estate endeavor.
People need to feel supported; that’s what drew me to Mode Realty Network. The calm professionalism and nurturing atmosphere are exactly the type of energy that I want supporting me, so that I can support my clients, just like they deserve.
I’ve had my Real Estate license since 2003 and have worked in land development and property management for over 20 years. I’ve learned the ins and outs of so many facets of real estate and am excited to use all that knowledge to back you—my client.
I absolutely love house hunting. The challenge of finding the right property for my clients, it’s so exhilarating. I truly enjoy exploring homes and neighborhoods, examining interior decorating, functionality, landscaping, and how it all meshes with my clients’ dreams. And when we find that that diamond in the rough? There’s simply no reward quite like it.
Outside of real estate, I find pleasure by attending theatre, riding horses, reading, travelling, gardening, and yes, even housecleaning!
Please, give me a call and let’s talk in person about how I can support you
Opportunity, dedication, and honesty lay the foundation for any real estate transaction. I’m Jackson, and it is my privilege to guide you through your real estate journey.
Originally from Ecuador, I have been living in Madison for 16 years, and consider this vibrant and beautiful city my home. Madison provides an abundance of opportunities to explore and experience life to the fullest and is home to a highly competitive real estate market.
Real estate has always called my attention. I come from a family of carpenters, engineers, merchants, and artists, and since childhood, I have experienced projects where customer service was paramount. When I arrived in Madison, I worked for my family’s construction company before going to school to study Information Technology. With an accumulation of knowledge working in construction, technology, and customer service, I am now answering the call back to the world of land and buildings as a real estate agent.
Real estate provides the opportunity to have a place to call home, build wealth, and create a successful future. I believe everyone should have access to this prospect. I am genuinely excited to be part of the Mode team, who I know share my passion for encouraging, advocating, and educating clients every step of the way. Being bilingual in Spanish and English, I can translate for non-English speaking clients.
Let’s continue to achieve our goals and have fun along the way!
Hi, I’m Jaz, and I’m excited to see my life has led to this opportunity to represent you!
From my experience building quality homes in high school, to the detail and organization I learned as a theatrical designer and stage manager, to joining Mode Realty’s inspiring mission, it seems my whole life has brought me to this moment, where I put all that expertise to work for you.
I love watching my clients realize they have found the right home, and all the excitement that inevitably follows. And while their imaginations run wild, I keep them grounded by faithfully managing all the tasks, schedules, and obligations that accompany a real estate transaction.
I first joined Mode as their office administrator, learning all aspects of the real estate business. My values aligned with Mode’s integrity and dedication to client education and advocacy, a tradition that I am now proud to emulate as one of their agents.
I’m an avid seamstress, an experienced chef, and a trained scenic painter who lives to color-scheme. I love all things creepy (except spiders!), work at haunted houses every year, and typically costume for the entire month of October.
Give me a call so I can smile when we find your perfect house!
Community is the heart and soul of real estate. As a Realtor, I am an agent for positive change. I founded my company Local Motion Real Estate to actively promote homeownership and support my principal goal of improving our neighborhoods. With each transaction, I donate 18% of every commission locally, to either Education or Affordable Housing—whichever my client chooses.
I have worked in the industry for more than 25 years. Integrity is the cornerstone of my business, knowledge and guidance are critical for all buyers and sellers. That is why I am proud to partner with MODE RN in their unprecedented commitment to client education and advocacy. I am a fierce negotiator and profoundly detail-oriented. I serve each client with personal attention and genuine compassion, aiming to make every relationship lifelong.
In my free time, I love spending time with my kids: making art, walking with our dog, attending concerts, and exploring the great outdoors. As a lifelong foodie, I can also suggest the BEST area restaurants. I even serve goodies from local food vendors at my open houses.
I volunteer at local non-profits, actively nurturing our efforts toward racial justice and allyship. There is so much we can do to make the world a wonderful place. Call me and together we will turn your next home sale or purchase into something extraordinary—for you and our community!

I relish taking on life’s challenges with passion, commitment, and a touch of artistry. I am a performer, a mom, and an advocate for people with autism.
I have four beautiful anchors in my children that drive me forward, to help those underrepresented, to listen, and to persevere for the good of my clients. As your realtor, I will ensure you get what you deserve from your next real estate transaction.
I am thrilled to be working as part of the Mode realty team. Their genuine positivity, encouragement, and like-minded approach to business provide a strong network I am proud to represent.
