Hi, I’m Cindy Drehmel, and I am all about the heart of the individual. Whether you’re a business owner, an investor, first-time buyer, an investor, or listing a property for sale, I will be your guide, supporter, and team player through every step of the process.

My former experience of working in four states, in major metropolitan areas, my multifaceted experience of being a Corporate Accounts Manager, Loan Officer, College and Secondary Educator and former Business Owner and Real Estate Agent, I am able to relate to people from all walks of life. I enjoy helping people relocate nationally and internationally to my home state of Wisconsin.
Seeking to add to my former graduate degree, I have as an ongoing learner always seeking to better my knowledge in the real estate development industry including Doctoral courses in business Management and recently graduating in an advanced Real Estate Swat School, and being certified as a Construction Project Manager in 2023.
As a strategic planner and partner, I seek to negotiate what is best for my commercial and residential clients, regardless of the situation in ways that are ethical, innovative, strategic and forward thinking.

Seeking to be much more than your average real estate agent, I think outside the box and find unique ways to market your business and or property when I list them. Alternatively, I am a fierce negotiator also representing buyers to ensure you get the best value for the property or business you are seeking. I find challenges exciting and motivating.
Outside work, you can find me fiercely fundraising for our Veterans, heading up community events, and working on various Christian projects. Anything to help others!
